Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the period. Going over your address cap prompts an upgrade, and we never silently reprice you.

We only bill a transaction when real money settles.

A settled transaction is a confirmed deposit or withdrawal, counted once, however many confirmations or webhooks it triggers.
